Golfing Warm-up

Full Arm Circles                      
Single arm forwards and backwards.
10 each way.
 
 
Bilateral Full Arm Circles      
Both arms opposite directions at once.
10 each way.


Trunk Rotation                     
Hold club against front of chest with arms on opposite shoulders. 
Rotate trunk to each side.
10 each way.
 
 
Hip Rotation                           
Standing lift hip up and rotate knee out to side stretching the inside of the hip.                                                 
Return to the standing position.
Alternate with the other side.
10 each leg.
 
 
Easy Swings                           
Take the 6 and 7 irons together.
Holding both clubs repeat easy swings in a continuous forward and backward motion.
5 swings.
